LOVE WESTON is pleased to welcome Rebekah Brettle from Neighbourhood Prayer Network to Weston-super-Mare on Wednesday 20th May 2015 at 7.30pm.
Rebekah Brettle is the National Director of Neighbourhood Prayer Network (NPN). She is an NHS doctor. Part of her GP training took place at Weston General Hospital. She is a young mum, an author and a church pastor in Manchester.
She will be talking to us about her role with NPN and sharing testimonies, real life stories and lots of practical ideas based on examples of things happening around the country.
Neighbourhood Prayer Network's aim is the same as LOVE WESTON's - to see every street in the UK covered in Christian prayer. We hope to encourage as many Christians as possible to not only pray, but get to know their neighbours. Prayer, and neighbourly care, is the most powerful way to bring community transformation in our town, in our day.
The evening will include worship, prayer and a LOVE WESTON update.
Copies of Rebekahs book, Neighbours, Transform Your street! will be available at the meeting.
Light refreshments will be served at the end. Entry is free with a collection being taken during the evening towards costs.
It is taking place at Locking Castle Church, Jasmine Way, Locking Castle, Weston-super-Mare, BS24 7JW. Free Parking is available nearby in the Morrisons car park.
Local churchleaders are invited to a 'Leaders Only' meeting at 11.30am.
Please contact John Simons on 01934 221537 for further information about both meetings.
