Tears of Jesus Holy Week series

I wanted to let you know about a Holy Week initiative we’re running at St Paul’s, Walliscote Road, Weston-super-Mare…

From Sunday 30th March, we’ll be holding three evening gatherings at 8pm, called Tears of Jesus.

Each evening will be around an hour and will create space for reflection, scripture, imagery, worship, silence, and prayer ministry as we walk through the tears of Jesus during Holy Week.

The three nights are:

• Night 1 – Human & Prophetic Tears
• Night 2 – Struggling Tears (Gethsemane)
• Night 3 – Forsaken & Redeeming Tears

The heart behind it is to offer something thoughtful, accessible, and prayerful for the town during Holy Week — particularly for those carrying grief, weariness, questions, or a longing to encounter God more deeply.

We’re hoping it may serve not just St Paul’s, but the wider Weston Christian community too.
